The Council gave notice to the owner on 11/08/22 that they intended to enter the site onto the Derelict Sites Register. The owner then had a period of time to make representations to the Council, and the Council decided on 17/11/22 to enter the site onto the Derelict Sites Register. A Derelict Sites Charge was registered on 11/09/23.

The property was valued at €300,000 on 12/12/22.
