Update: 9th June 2026

The Council gave notice to the owner on 03/05/22 that they intended to enter the site onto the Derelict Sites Register. The owner then had a period of time to make representations to the Council, and the Council decided on 16/06/23 to enter the site onto the Derelict Sites Register. 

The property was valued at €450,000 on 23/11/23.
