Update: 9th June 2026

The Council gave notice to the owner on 24/08/17 that they intended to enter the site onto the Derelict Sites Register. The owner then had a period of time to make representations to the Council, and the Council decided on 29/09/17 to enter the site onto the Derelict Sites Register.

A Derelict Sites Charge was registered in March 2022. 

The property was valued at €250,000 on 06/12/22.
