22A Berkeley Road, Dublin 7 is a former convenience store with a basement and a two bedroom apartment on the first floor. The building is visibly derelict inside and outside.

The building was on Dublin City Council’s Derelict Sites Register but was removed in 2025. I’ve requested that it be inspected again for entry into the Derelict Sites Register.
