22A Berkeley Road, Dublin 7 is a former convenience store with a basement and a two bedroom apartment on the first floor. The building is visibly derelict inside and outside.

Update: April 2026

The site was recently re-inspected and a letter has been sent to the owner pointing out its deterioration and the need for constant ongoing maintenance. The site is still not on the Derelict Sites Register.

Update: March 2025

The building was on Dublin City Council’s Derelict Sites Register but was removed in March 2025 following the removal of graffiti and vegetation from the building and the re-painting of the frontage. I’ve requested that it be inspected again for entry into the Derelict Sites Register.
