Update: 9th June 2026

The Council gave notice to the owner on 20/02/23 that they intended to enter the site onto the Derelict Sites Register. The owner then had a period of time to make representations to the Council, and the Council decided on 04/07/23 to enter the site onto the Derelict Sites Register. A Derelict Sites Charge was registered on 08/10/24. 

The property was valued at €410,000 on 26/09/23.
