The Council gave notice to the owner on 16/07/24 that they intended to enter the site onto the Derelict Sites Register. The owner then had a period of time to make representations to the Council, and the Council decided on 20/08/24 to enter the site onto the Derelict Sites Register.

The property was valued at €300,000 on 10/09/24.
