Latest updates on the derelict houses on 10-13 Conyngham Road, Dublin 8:

Update: 9th June 2026

The Council gave notice to the owner of 10-13 Conyngham Road (CIE Group) on 26/06/19 that they intended to enter the site onto the Derelict Sites Register. The owner then had a period of time to make representations to the Council, and the Council decided on 07/08/19 to enter the site onto the Derelict Sites Register. 

The properties were valued at €325,000 on 10/06/25
