The properties were valued at €325,000 on 10/06/25.

Update: 7th August 2019

Following a period in which the owner was given the opportunity to make representations, the Council decided on 07/08/19 to officially enter the site onto the Derelict Sites Register.

Update: 26th June 2019

The Council gave notice to the owner of 10–13 Conyngham Road (CIE Group) on 26/06/19 of its intention to enter the site onto the Derelict Sites Register. The owner was then given time to make representations to the Council.
