Dublin City Council intends to submit a planning application for the long-awaited redevelopment of Dalymount Park in late August. This will include the publication of all documents related to the project and the beginning of a public consultation.

It’s estimated that planning permission will be granted in December 2023 and that construction will begin in Q3 2024. All going well, the new 8,000 capacity stadium for Bohemian F.C. should open in early 2026. More details can be found in this report.
