The Council gave notice to the owner on 08/05/24 that they intended to enter the site onto the Derelict Sites Register. The owner then had a period of time to make representations to the Council, and the Council decided on 20/08/24 to enter the site onto the Derelict Sites Register. 

The property was valued at €455,000 on 09/10/24.
