Latest updates on the derelict houses at Former Irish School of Wrestling building, Saint Ignatius Road, D07HD26:

Update: 9th June 2026

The Council gave notice to the owner on 08/11/24 that they intended to enter the site onto the Derelict Sites Register. The owner then had a period of time to make representations to the Council, and the Council decided on 19/12/24 to enter the site onto the Derelict Sites Register. 

The property was valued at €200,000 on 24/02/25.
