Update: 9th June 2026

The Council gave notice to the owner on 24/06/19 that they intended to enter the site onto the Derelict Sites Register. The owner then had a period of time to make representations to the Council, and the Council decided on 21/08/19 to enter the site onto the Derelict Sites Register. 

The property was valued at €625,000 on 23/10/24.
