The property was valued at €410,000 on 26/09/23.

Update: 4th July 2023

Following a period in which the owner was given the opportunity to make representations, the Council decided on 04/07/23 to officially enter the site onto the Derelict Sites Register.

Update: 20th February 2023

The Council gave notice to the owner on 20/02/23 of its intention to enter the site onto the Derelict Sites Register. The owner was then given time to make representations to the Council.
